The latest Emberville Alpha updates address the inventory items disappearing and overriding your gear with other gear.
While this update is short, it is a very important one as your items play a major role for your character in Emberville.

Alpha 0.20.13.x#
- Fixed a bug that caused a “file not found™ error to show when starting the game for the first time
- Fixed an issue of the Masteries panel that made it show the same Ingut for both primary and secondary weapon attacks
- Fixed some Keys rebinding issues
- Fixed some enemy navigation issues
- Fixed a bug that cause Masteries to show one extra level on the top panel of Masteries window
- Fixed some text typos
